Dear Vine Street residents as you probably well aware, the volume of anti-social behaviour caused by tenant flat No 3 in Hibiscus house reaches intolerable level.
Mr John who lives in this flat supposedly with his three children uses the flat as rubbish dump and drug dealing.
This problem does not only affect people who live in hibiscus house but also it affects the entire Vine Street and the surrounding area which became his rubbish and drug dealing trade centre.
This is not the only anti-social behaviour Mr John causes but also the level of noises that come from his flat during the night are unbearable.
His children do not stay permanently in this flat but they only visit him or stay with him few days just to cover up his criminal and anti-social behaviour activities.
Many people in the area have made complaints to East Thames group in order to address these issues however it seems our concerns are falling to deaf ears and East Thames housing association has ignored the community.
Evidences after evidences were passed to East Thames but nothing is been done and no one in East Thames seem or willing to know what is going on.
In order to sort out this problem we are urging you to sign this petition which will be delivered to the relevant authority in the council as well as East Thames group.
It will be confidential and no one other than the relevant people will access.
