Petition Summary: Reinstatement of property rights from the Grand County Council and Moab City Council.
1st Action Petitioned For: We the undersigned residents, citizens, developers and property owners of Grand County Utah and the City of Moab, Utah hereby demand immediate reinstatement of our property rights taken from us by the County Council, in what we feel was an unfair and illegal revote on the 18th day of July, 2019. Property rights were taken away from us by the Moab City Council on the 23rd day of July 2019. We hereby demand return of these rights as they were on the 11 day of February 2019, unedited and unchanged with no new conditions or amendments.our Use By Right reinstated as they were on the 11th day of February 2019, unedited, unchanged, with no new conditions or amendments.
2nd action petitioned for: we the undersigned demand the resignation, effective immediately of 5 Grand County
council members to resign immediately due to the illegal revote that took place on the 18th day of July 2019.
Those Grand county council members are Mary McGann, Terry Morse, Jaylyn Hawks, Evan Clapper and Greg Halliday.
