Reduce this crazy speed limit on Lawton Heath Road

This is a very narrow lane and is regularly frequented by walkers and dog owners. The junction at either end affords no view of the road ahead.
Elderly people live here and should not have to contend with speeding motorists and the drivers of commercial vehicles.
