Demand an Animal Abuse Registry be started in Canada.... Help those who can't help themselves

Every day I hear Horror stories about the horrible abuse that people place on our animal friends. The sad thing is that people who do horrific and mean things to pets or animals. Basically just get a slap on the wrist or a fine. That is not enough.These are precious animals, family members.. Living breathing creatures. If you do that to a person there are severe consequences, so what is so different about animals they have feelings as well. With an animal abuse registry hopefully this will stop those cruel people from ever owning or being able to own or be around animals again.
