My name is Gabrielle and I'm a 16 year old girl. I've watched and read on about the innocent lives being taken by people who are meant to protect and serve. It was sickening watching an innocent life being taken and there was no satisfying justice out of each and every individual that was innocently killed, there was no one us black people could go to for help. I watched on again as many people protested and risked their own life for not just the unjust of the inoocent life that had been taken but as well as the people who protested amongst them. I have never been more proud of watching not only my own race but as well as other races come together to stand up for the injustice that was received, to stand up together to proclaim that black lives matter, that what these police did to each innocent life was wrong and there should have been justice. To be quite honest I don't know what I'm doing or if anyone will even sign this but I don't want this petition to be just about the International Human Rights not protecting us. I was this petition to be about each and every police officer who has killed the innocent life of a black person and how they should be tried and punished. I want this petition to also be about all of us, different races finally coming together and standing up for what rights, that each innocent life that has been killed still lives on through us, through this petition. I'm just 16 years old but I hope that whoever is reading this, whoever sees this will sign to show they support and want to make a difference.
