Stop the development of 42 town houses on Grand Tamarack Cres

The township wants to build 42 townhouses behind Weber's and Tim Horton's. What does this mean to our neighbourhood?
We will no longer have trees that separate our neighbourhood from the highway. We will now see town homes instead of trees and our property value is going to go down in Bayou Park. We are going to lose our country neighbourhood vibe and I for one want to keep things the way they are.
Last year the township told me that the land was protected from development but clearly this is now not the case.
Please help protect our neighbourhood from this development and sign the petition.
