City trash pick-up for Beverly Hills subdivision and Cartledge Creek Road

Beverly Hills Subdivision including, but not limited to Cartledge Creek Road and Beverly Hills Baptist Church has been re-zoned. The perimeter zone has been extended so that now these residents not only pay state, but city taxes as well. In accordance with the city, We are petitioning the city of Rockingham in Richmond County NC. to include city trash pick-up as a part of these new provisions or decrease the perimeter zone and discontinue city taxes for the residents of this area.
