Petition to Remove Mr. Andy Zody from Board of Directors of Sheep Creek Water Company

Complaint: At August 15, 2023 Regular Board of Directors meeting Mr. Andy Zody, President of the Board, verbally attacked shareholder Peter Barnes and then said “Usually I put my fist in somebody’s face”. When another shareholder commented “That was rude” Mr. Zody said “It may be Ma’am but this is factual”. 

Requested Action:  As a shareholder or customer of Sheep Creek Water Company or resident of the Phelan, Pinon Hills, or Wrightwood CA, I the undersigned request the following actions be taken:

1. The Board of Directors of the Sheep Creek Water Company convene a public meeting to present charges against Mr. Zody for making threatening comments against Mr. Barnes in a public meeting. In this meeting the Board of Directors shall ask Mr. Zody to justify his comments then take a vote on the removal of Mr. Zody from the Board.

2. The Board of Directors of Sheep Creek Water Company shall issue an apology for the actions of Mr. Zody, and the inaction by the remaining Board members for not intervening and condemning Mr. Zody's comments.  This apology will be published on the front page of the Sheep Creek Water Company website.
