Save the Endangered Hoopoe HELP IT now!

This is very strange looking bird and also many coloured. There is a big hackle on the head. Also the wings and tail are manycoloured and it is so rare that I have not seen it ever.
The nest is in a hollow tree or in the pockets of the buildings. It is culture liking bird and it is not nesting in Finland; we cannot know it for sure.
The feathersuit is Chinnet, white, beige and black coloured. When the Hoopoe has to be seen it can very well make disappearing tricks.
