THE STATE OF NEVADA REPEATED FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH SSA/SSI REGULATIONS

For 7 years now I have been ejected to the unscrupulous investigative practices at the hands of the San Jose, California ODAR, whom have now followed me to Las Vegas Nevada.

An have continued to subject me to unethical, illegal and deplorable Investigative Practices which I have repeatedly complained about over the 7 year period. Needless to say these practices have only gotten worst since I moved to Nevada.

I was wrongfully evicted from that property when I discovered that the Investigator were trying to in trap me in a Welfare (Food Stamp) Fraud case, and did not comply with their plan.

They then followed me to my new home at the where an Investigator resided in Unit #197 record and monitoring my computer usage remotely via the following wifi connection provided by the complex.

In addition to wire tapping my cellphones Primary Metro PCS Service Secondary Cellphone number thru Budget Mobile Service.

After numerous failed attempts to get the governments intervention in this matter I was left with no other alternative but to go to the social media for assistance.

Their most recent Abuse of Power was an continuous to withhold information after I lodged a complaint with Senator Harry Reid on 1/8/2014 about the my concerns with the Nevada Department of Employment, Training ,Rehabilitation Bureau of Disability Adjudication.

Two days later I was contact by my Social Security Adjudicator Jason at 775 885-3775 this was in the form of a cover letter and a signature authorization page for the Chavez Act that's ALL!

Needless to say this communication FAILURE to provide me with the required AR 97 4 (9).  On 1/15/2014 I called Jason and a lady answered the phone. I then began to question her as to the where about of the remaining documents.

She then flat out LIED and informed me that this was all that was required for me to complete!

So, I believed her and on 1/17/2014 I faxed over the cover letter and the signature page along with 42 other medical updates as instructed by the office correspondence.

Thereby, unlawfully denying me my legal right to rebuts the presumption, adjudicators then must give effect to certain findings, as explained below,contained in the final decision by an ALJ or the Appeals Council on the prior claim.

An Adjudicators must adopt such a finding from the final decision on the prior claim in determining whether the claimant is disabled with respect to the unadjudicated period unless there is new and material evidence relating to such a finding or there has been a change in the law, regulations or rulings affecting the finding or the method for arriving at the finding.

My health is deteriorating while these people play Russian Roulette with my life. When the real issues here is my inability to breathe due to a tumor or tumors that ruptured in my lungs, leaving numerous Calcified Granuomas through bilaterial lungs.

That has recently been diagnosed as Myoclonus Diaphragmatic Flutters its not as simple as (Chronic Hiccup) as the Administration suggests Myoclonus Diaphragmatic Flutters is an Auto Immune disease associated with Parkinson Disease.

This diagnosis would make the most sense considering my father succumb to Parkinson related diseases at 57 years old .

Something truly concerns me since I am now 53 years old, with problem just like him with and decrease in the Gray matter of my brain,which is also and associative disorder.

It also explains the frequent uncontrollable episodes of Sciatica pain from the Extensive Sclerosis in my Joints, Fibromyaligia Neuropathy causing numbness and chronic shooting pain from my feet to my cervical spine when I walk and lift end result a migraine headache.

I also have a puncture and a Tumors in my liver, as well as a Rare Type A Bacteria 30 times the normal range of 100 I'm 3303 and have been given no explanation for it!

These are the real issue that need to be addressed IMMEDIATELY not some 7 year ole fallacy the San Jose ODAR has hung on to in which to vindicate themselves for making a fool of themselves and wasting precious taxpayers money.
