Bring back the February 2012 Runescape servers

Through the release of the Old School Runescape Servers, it proves possible to bring back previous versions of Runescape. The release of the Evolution of Combat has disappointed many players and many have requested previous versions of Runescape such as the 2012 servers.

If Jagex can bring back Old School, they can bring back 2012 servers.
