Red Light Human trafficking

Human trafficking is modern day slavery. It is a process of controlling a person with the intent of exploiting them. There are 35.8 million slaves in the world today. Women, men and children are involved. This petition is not made to completely stop human trafficking, but it is made to raise awareness and try to get the government to make the laws stricter. If the laws are strict it would be harder for the trafficker to take people, which will then reduce the amount of people being trafficked.
