CHASE CARD TRAVEL POINTS FOR SOUTH WEST DECEPTIVE

Applied for a CHASE card on SOUTHWEST site for 25,000 free miles if I charged $1000 in 90 day period . since I travel at least once year and use SW I applied. I WAS APPROVED March 9 2015 the card arrived 10 days later around March 18 I MADE MY FIRST PURCHASE ON IT it was all travel related, I had charged 1333.00 in the first 30 days of card all travel. there was no mention on my statements on the time frame to when the free mile offer would expire date wise, so I had met the 1000.00 quota, I made several large payments to my card to pay it down the next statement came in no mention of my miles earn on the reward or days left to get it, some time in JUNE. I got a call from CHASE my card was used for a purchase in CALIFORNIA so they canceled it and re-issued new one so was without card for 10 to 12 days so was unable to use it or charge, my statement came and still no reward miles on my purchases through the 90 days I met the 1000.00 quota called CHASE to inquire as I wanted to book my flights for my MARCH 2016 trip,  their response was I DID not meet a 2000.00 charge bewildered I told them THE ADVERTISMENT SAID 25,000 MILES FOR $1000 charge in the first 90 days, to which they reply THEY sent me their premier card which required me to charge 2000.00 which nothing was mentioned that I was given a different promotion, it was not even mention in the disclosure that I had to spend any amounts made several attempts though social media, phone calls to just get my 25,000 that's all I wanted as I spent the required amount to receive the 25,000 in lieu of not receiving the card in 10 days, they count that in the 90 day time frame then my card being stolen I LOST ANOTHER 10 days that was 20 days out of 90 that the card could not be used to meet the 2000.00 quota they claimed I needed to get my points which now they say I had the 50,000 mile promotion not the 25,000 which was not conveyed to me in any information with the card issue laws should require that they put on statements the program that is being offered and how many days left to claim and if the time is interrupted it should not be added to the time frame I lost 20 days due to this and was only short a mere 200.00 to their bait and switch 50,000 quota and lost out on it and my 25,000 that I really only waited so I GOT NOTHING BUT A CREDIT CARD BILL TO PAY OFF and now have to pay for my FLIGHT IN MARCH, I want my 25,000 miles  I am entitled to and I want them to add information to thier letters and statements on the rules and amounts and the days balance for other consumers on the promotion they signed up for.
