WE WANT TO STOP THE INCREASE OF RENT EVERY YEAR.. RENTERS IN OUR COMMUNITY CANNOT AFFORD THIS INCREASE YEAR AFTER YEAR. SOUTHWIND VILLAGE IS GENERATING APPROX 9 THOUSAND DOLLARS EVERY YEAR FOR THIS INCREASE. WE ARE ASKING SOUTHWIND VILLAGE TO STOP THIS INCREASE EVERY YEAR.
