N.H.S trusts ignore medical recommendations, it's disgusting!

I am disabled and suffer from hypopituitarism, 3 clinicans wrote to the local health care trust stating that I should have an operation. A letter came back stating that I had to demonstrate clinical exceptionality, I demonstrated this then a letter came back then stating that they could ignore the advice of Clinicians which is disgusting. I am seeking a one off liposuction operation because I have vast amounts of truncal fat caused by a medical condition and would like it removed. Obese people whom may overeat can have this operation but I can't because I have a medical condition is blatantly unjust. I have had an awful life because of this condition. I was prescribed Growth Hormone this drug could have removed my truncal fat but the N.H.S wouldn't prescribe because of cost. I have been bullied over having breasts and truncal fat all my life. Please sign this petition to enable a disabled man to have an operation and a better life. I would also like local health trusts to listen to the recommendations of Doctors than to ignore them as it's blatantly unfair!
