Stop paying to get banned!

I was recently banned from messaging on xbox1. Now I'm sure like most who play Xbox I pay for all the services on Xbox... I paid for my console I paid for my membership I paid for my mic. However Xbox enforcement police are able to ban anyone from doing things on their account that they pay for? This is ridiculous I pay to be able to speak on Xbox and this is the treatment I get? If your trying to make Xbox a better place how about you start with the people who cheat like hacking or lag switching or modding!!! Please help me with getting Xbox to get rid of the sjw banning.
