Nowadays we have the right to take care of domestic animlas like trying to avoid dog fighting, not leaving abonded, cats dogs and leave them roam the street , not to leave kittens alone, and stray dogs mudst be kept away since they sometimes can be very dangerous too, but instead one must take good care of domestic animlas take them to the vet if needed give them their oen food and drink.
