Free Aaron Sandusky (medical marijuana operator)

The state of California has legalized marijuana for medicinal purposes. Professional Board Certified Doctors who we all not only depend on but trust with our state of health recognize the beneficial uses of marijuana. This petition is not only to protect those indivuals in need but those who provide, distibute, and sell this medicine in a safe legal inviroment, abiding all state laws. Aaron Sandusky has been found guilty in federal court for operating a medical marijuana shop in Upland, California,facing 10 years to life. This is a conflict in which the state says it is legal which the federal government deos not recognize. This is about an indivisuals rights. Sandusky had claimed outside of court that he was operating on reliance of statements that the Department of Justice would not prosecute medical marijuana operations in states that had legalized them, such as California.
