This poor dog could not hear or see, he didn't see it coming nor heard it all he felt was terrible pain. How can anybody do this they call themselves a human being. Even if it was a coyote it was horrible. This person should resign from the police force.

so was anything done for this poor hapless animal, cops are getting trigger happy, something should be done for this dog
