By allowing him to continue he is hurting the livelihood of several professional "esports gamers". Their ability to stream on an online streaming website, Twitch.tv, is being compromised to the point where they aren't able to stream for hours or even an entire day. Without being able to stream, they are not able to play commercials thus no profit is made for them or for Twitch.tv. Microsoft also suffers by lack of advertisement.

This petition is a call to action by the legal system. To stand up for the rights of every person to use the internet freely. It has become more than just a personal issue, this is a human rights issue. By allowing "JockinPJ" to continue cyber-attacking, these victims rights to use the internet freely and in anyway they want is being compromised.
