Reinstate the catering corp

To reinstate the catering corp and stop two civilian company's using this a profit making business, it will bring back skills that are needed within the catering industry but also gain more soldiers if required in any conflict. It will also give the soldier a change to have food payed in advance and not have this pay as you dine theme, which doesn't encourage soldiers to look after them selfs.
