Demand justice for Jade and Tia....Get the voices of victims heard xx

To the House of Commons. The petition of the people of the world declares that the petitioners believe WE NEED TO GET THE VOICES OF VICTIMS HEARD...On September 13th 2009 Jade pickering and Tia guye were killed in a road traffic accident. The driver took a no right turn into the path of an oncoming coach. The defendant although charged and sent for trial for causing DEATH by dangerous driving was found not guilty. He pleaded guilty to causing death by careless driving. His sentence for causing the death of two young girls was 150 hours community service. We believe the protocol during the trial was hampered and many mistakes were made that turned the whole judicial procedure into a debacle. We believe that the British justice system let us the victims down. What we ask for is an independent body to review the evidence and the trial and advise us if the whole case has been conducted correctly. We are the victims and we would like to open a parliamentary debate to assess whether the law on sentencing guidelines can be reviewed so that tougher sentences are brought in if a death is caused carelessly, with also hope that it be brought into action that victims have the right to have their say on oath.

The petitioners therefore request that the house of commons urges the minister of justice to conduct a full review into the case of jade pickering and tia guye, we would also like to open a parlimentary debate to assess whether the law on sentancing guide lines can be reviewed so that tougher sentences are brought into action if a death is caused carelessly, with also hope that it be brought into action that victims have the right to have their say on oath.

Dear Mr Clarke.......My daughter was killed along side her friend in a road traffic accident were the defendent drove right up a no right turn in front of an oncoming coach, he was found not guilty of causing death by dangerous driving guilty of causing death by careless driving he received 150hrs community service, we all believe that alot of things were conducted wrongly within the trial and also within all the criminal procedures, we are petitioning for your help in getting the whole case checked over with hope that it leads to a change being made were all 'causing death be it by dangerous or careless driving always carries a prison sentance'.
