BLOOD MONEY-,Ottawa CANADA. Taking the poor kids money-Give it back!!

   Sad to see many people donot believe thats poor children are entitled to their child support but have it stolen from them...........get this... .The government has been saving money and not spending money thats it authorized to spend. Baird announced 10 million towards maternal and newborn child health-- skipping the welfare kids child support issue. Veterans affairs has returned 1.13 billion in unspent funds to the treasury since 2006, and the poor kids money? none stealing it still.....

175 million planned to address troubles in foreigne countries..and the poor kids in canada...get the ultimate finger...while they can't even paint the fire hydrants in the Capital Ottawa of Canada..

   The welfare system in Canada is not following the law set out by the government parliment, province and even cities.

Do you know these? (18.3),(9.2,)(27.3-debateable),(19.3),(22.4),(18.6)&(92.3)plus a minor tar!

    The parliment states ,basically, that if a person with one child or more needs social assistance that child support is to be claimed to the social assistance office to which they are going.- * It does not say that the cities-provinces are to take all of this childs money .It is to assure that the other parent is paying the child support.

    Most city welfare offices donot even have a legal lawyer to pursue this issue at all. (Ontario ,Ottawa has been misrepresenting the children under false pretenses by not using a legal lawyer.

   The problem is that the law states" that the children must be covered" and supported by each city within each province"..........They are technically not- hence being called "BLOOD MONEY ".

    Each child has a value of  about $163 dollars but child support is usually $250 to $300 per child. Do the math.$250-163 is...right you are quick!!  Minus

  . Another point is that children not on welfare ie (Ontario Works), keep their child support.Only poor families on social assistance experiance harrasment,violation of thier equal human rights,and stress costing all the rest of Canada money to the Health care system.

   ?Are they going to blame the children next for this cost and so privitize the health care system in Canada.?!

   Our patliment members mostly all have a law degrees ..yet shamefully they all allow this to happen.

  What gives each province the right to steal from the children because others look the other way so that they think--hah ha -- that will keep their jobs.  Hearing ..oh we dont take that  much in our province( ie.Quebec vs Ontario)

  OH there is a horrible rate of unemployment that looks like a grand laberinth of harrasmnet ,favoritism,selling out ,ect.. in our Country.

   Do they really have "our" kids in mind of the future.That old way is taking this country down many people have said.

  They hope that this never gets onto a judges desk where ,,guess what ,, they would probably fire them all for new recent graduates besides charges of various kinds could be found.

  Canada has been using the childrens money for luxuries ,to pay off our countries debt (which is not the kids fault either) but to which they cannot do this also.

  The dollar has been falling due to mismanagement and harrasment.It is not good for business to give!! False impressions of love and careing ..when our country is slipping backwards.
