Bring Summer Song Ice cream back to Sturgis!!!

The people of Sturgis told me they had not seen an ice cream truck in years and they were glad to see it. City Hall has declined my permit based on Chapter 18, Article II section 18-6. If enough people will sign this petition, I can show this to the city treasurer, and hopefully once again sell ice cream to the wonderful people of Sturgis Michigan and bring back childhood memories!
