Justice for Fathers & Children

Justice for Fathers & Children is a movement to help helpless father get a fair chance in joint child custody after a divorce.

Public awareness to be raised via the signing of petitions supporting this issue of fathers seeking joint custody of their children.

This petition is to be presented to the High Court.

To create awareness among public that fathers are suffering in silence when they are separated from their beloved children. Men are usually by nature reserved about sharing their personal problems. Besides that, fathers are automatically never given any sympathy in a divorce – as common perception favours women, regardless who’s right or who’s wrong.

To create awareness that there are fathers who love their children as much as, or even more than mothers. That a child’s well being should not be sacrificed because of common prejudices against fathers.

Children NEED to grow up with their fathers by their side as much as their mothers.

There are cases where divorced wives deny fathers of joint custody, thus depriving a child of the father - usually as a form of punishment – consciously or unconsciously.

Some women use the advantage that the courts give them – because practically all cases favor the mother over the defenseless father when it comes to child custody. However, the ideal situation for the child is joint-custody.

When wives punish fathers by denying them joint custody of their children, they are actually PUNISHING THE CHILD in the long term – as children growing up without a father are negatively impacted.

You think you’re punishing your child’s father by separating him from his child by denying the father of joint custody - but in reality you are PUNISHING YOUR CHILD – by making you child grow up “fatherless”.
