Demand to the Mayor a shelter for hundreds of animals invasion

We invite you to sign this petition, for a project that we have introduced several years ago and have never given us answer, with your signature will help us to put pressure on the relevant authorities to act.
Therefore we call on the duty of Mayor Carlos Ocariz of Sucre Municipality, Miranda state to fulfill its duty and promised at various meetings in his office since 2011 to build or only provide a land where we by donations we can build them a shelter of passage for some animals and life for others.
A site which they tomorrow do not have the risk of being evicted for being invaded lands, and where they can live a day without having to get wet from rain or get sick from the environment, and attract frequently ticks and fleas by the area full of mountains.
Government authorities ignore our every request.
This refuge incidentally, has more than 100 dogs and over 26 cats, which are abused daily by the human invaders of those lands where cohabit and neighboring side street that constantly complain without providing any assistance.
Site conditions are fatal, the site in principle is extremely small, and second, the earth is anything but flat, each animal is moved from one site to another should rise or fall on lands that slip easily proliferate and Loosening the fall and some animals, they do not have suitable places to sleep, or to protect themselves from high or low temperatures and strong sun or heavy rain.
In turn feeding costs, veterinary consultations, surgeries, medications, taxis payments for days, vaccines and others, are extremely high with this terrible inflation facing the country.

In one of the poorest municipalities in one of the countries with the highest poverty and inflation in the world, Venezuela, it is precariously kind of animal shelter that was invaded by criminals, who mistreat animals and were displacing more than 100 dogs and 26 cats who struggle to survive there.
Therefore we appeal to the generosity of the world in order to get a spot where it can build a decent shelter to provide a safe home for these animals while they get a family to adopt them, and the less fortunate provide a home for life, as well as days provide adoption services, vaccination and sterilization to the community.
Government authorities have refused to give us aid although we have used them consistently.
The situation there is very difficult, the costs of supply are extremely cost for members of the volunteers.
These animals are crowded , as the place where they are now extremely small for the number of animals and we need urgently to build the shelter to provide them quality of life for these poor innocent souls.
