No Minister that is Pro EU should be allowed to negotiate the terms of our relations with the EU.

We do not want OUR EXISTING PRO EU MINISTERS negotiating our position with the EU should we decide to leave the EU
We could end up like Norway where the people do not want to join the EU but their government does and they have bad trading terms.
We should ensure that we have the best PRO LEAVE members of the government representing us.
