I HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF THIS AT WILL LAW HERE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS,WHERE AN EMPLOYEE CAN TERMINATE YOUR EMPLOYMENT WITHOUT ANY JUST CAUSE REASON(S). MONTANA IS THE ONLY STATE THAT DOES NOT HAVE THIS AT WILL LAW. I WOULD LIKE FOR TEXAS AND OTHER STATES TO TAKE A STAND AN ADOPT THE GUIDE LINES THE STATE OF MONTANA USES BEFORE ANY EMPLOYER CAN TERMINATE SOMEONE (S) EMPLOYMENT.
