Demand an end to animal abuse with stiffer consequences!!

The little dog that died on United Airline after the flight attendant made the owner place it in the overhead compartment. Maybe she she be placed up there without Oxygen to breath , say the lease the poor harmless animal being at a humans mercy actually smothered to death!!
