Open A NO- KILL Animal Shelter in Northampton, Pa 18067

Northampton hasn't had an animal shelter in years, and as the years have gone on, the stray population has grew. These animals need and deserve a second chance. Sign this petition so we can give them a second chance. We won't give up until these animals have a warm bed to sleep in, and a place to call home.
