These children are being wantonly exposed to bio-hazardous, infectious, bacterial microbial spores caused by human, rodents, bats, feces, urines, and black mold’s toxicants that are unseen within all of these unfit, unhealthy, uninhabitable, condemning, apartments.
Caused by this unconscionable, unscrupulous, Slumlord, who continues to wantonly neglect to maintain these (30) Buildings, and 332 apartments for greed, and is knowing that these low-income tenants, and especially, these young children with undeveloped immune systems whom are highly susceptible to these infectious toxicant’s shall cause them to be sickened, and tragic deaths there has occurred.
By the time these unsuspecting parents becomes aware why they, and their children are being sickened it shall be to late because these defenseless children have been permanently, physically, mentally harmed, and deaths shall continue to tragically occur.
To these low-income people, and especially, for these defenseless children, these are vicious, never-ending, cycles, of wanton child abuse, criminal homicidal negligence, grievous injustices, crimes against humanity, civil liberties, and violates their basic human rights for fit, decent housing
Demand this Mayor to make this Slumlord make these apartments fit, decent, toxicants free housing that shall stop, protect, these children's health's, and live's, and to prevent any other tragic death's.

I am seriously concerned for these innocent, defenseless, children, whom are living in these unsafe, unsanitary, unfit, unhealthy, uninhabitable, condemning, apartments.
By your Louisville-Jefferson County Metro Government, Chapter 156, Property Maintenance Code §156.050 (B)
A person shall not occupy as owner occupant or permit another person to occupy premises which are not in a sanitary and safe condition and which do not comply with the requirements of this chapter.
In my review of the above mentioned website these photographic evidences of this Property, Victoria Gardens Apartments, that are located in your City of Louisville, Kentucky, that this Property Owner is wantonly violating your City, Housing Codes, and violating these Federal Law's, 24 CFR 5.703 for all of these Section 8 HUD recipients.
I, therefore, request on behalf of all of these defenseless children that you make this Property Owner, comply with these mandatory requirements by making, and keeping all of these apartments, safe, sanitary, toxicants free housing.
