Globally we must statutorily change over to use plastic made only of biodegradable plastic made of organic materials.

Biodegradable plastic made of organic materials melts very quickly in water and in animals´stomachs and would stop animal deaths for plastic and pollution of nature for plastic waste.

All plastic packaging and plastic bags must be replaced to be made only of biodegradable plastic, including food packaging and beverage bottles.

The use of micro plastics in cosmetics must statutorily become prohibited by law, or micro-granules must be manufactured only of biodegradable plastic made of ecological materials.

Disposable dishes must statutorily be changed made of organic materials being made of biodegradable materials.

Plastic fibers in garments (including sportswear and fleece) must be exchanged to be made of biodegradable materials made of ecological materials.

Car tires and road coatings, which have been investigated to be the worst micro plastic sources, must start to be produced only of biodegradable materials made of ecological materials.

Also different paints, coatings and other materials that are found to be micro plastic sources must start to be made of biodegradable materials made of ecological materials.
Changeover to the use of plastic made of biodegradable ecological materials can also be accomplished by gradations.

Ecologically biodegradable plastic can be made from starch and cellulose. Raw materials are sugar cane, potato, cereal products, corn, rice, milk caseine, castor oil, hemp and soy.

Reasoning:

The world uses 50 billion trillion plastic bags every year and of these, 10% ends up in the oceans and that is, every year at least 8 million tonnes.

This plastic garbage annually cause more than 100 000 marine animal's death: suffocation, result of becoming entangled in plastic waste or eating it.
This annual 100 000 dead marine animals includes seals, sea lions, sea turtles, whales, fishes and dolphins.
Victims of plastic waste also include annually 1000 000 dying seabirds. Animals think plastic garbage is food and eat it. Have been found plenty of dead animals whose stomachs had been filled with large amounts of plastic waste.

Biodegradable plastic made of organic materials melts very quickly in water and in animals´stomachs and would stop animal deaths for plastic. Plastic garbage also causes every year 13 billion US-dollar losses for shipping, fishing industry and tourism business.

There is at least 5 massive trash vortexes in world´s oceans. The largest waste vortex locates in the Northern Pacific Ocean. It is twice larger than Texas, others believe it´s even two times the US size. It´s so huge that it would cover the entire Australia with 3-meter layer of plastic waste. However, even this estimate is most likely only the tip of the iceberg, because the waves can weigh down waste as much as 20 meters below the surface -or even deeper level than that.

Plastic waste in nature is milled into small grains that is called micro plastic, and ends up in the food chain. It ends up to humans through the water we drink and food we eat. Fish fry eat micro plastic more rather than their natural nutrition plankton. By eating fish we eat also micro plastic.

Plastic waste contains toxic and very hazardous chemicals such as PCBs and DDTs. Chemicals of plastic waste soluble in water, for example plastic plasticizers and flame retardants. Plastic particles also bind hydrocarbons and pesticides that are harmful to human (and animal) health.

Micro plastics are small plastic chips, less than five millimeters in size, which is in many cosmetic products, for example scrubs, detergents, and toothpastes, containing tiny plastic particles. These micro plastic particles generally can not be filtered out during the purification of waste water, but they end up to water through the sewer system.

Micro plastics also form when larger plastic pieces are broken down and milled into fine particles. From some of the beaches have started to be discovered grains of micro plastic in the size of grains of sand. When do we get to see "plastic sand beaches?"
