Train Poll workers and prepare them properly for elections

Poll workers just take a quick course before being assigned to run a polling place on Election Day. A lot of times some poll worker do not follow the rules and even deny votes to some voters. I believe poll workers should have proper training and even pass a test before being assigned to run a predict.
