Why Walmart should remove my red flag and other associates who were red flag and falsely accused without any evidence and proof? My point is everyone deserves a second chance and Walmart needs physical evidence and proof before they investigate any associates that are being accused of any ethics and policy violations. Not all Walmart associates who have been red flag were fired wrongfully, but some like me were. I’m demanding since I didn’t do an act of misconduct that Walmart offers me a reinstatement as a ten year associate with back pay and removal of my red flag and to look in other associates who were red flag in the last ten years.

Look I’ve gotten this idea from reading current and former associates stories online they fought Walmart for their jobs back for years by mailing letters to corporate and to even doing a petition. My good friends at Walmart want me to still keep fighting Walmart for my job back and is this childish no. People support the ones who got reinstated through OURWalMart and those people were not called childish and told to go get a different job no. Were they judged no, support is what matters!

Wrongful termination effects anyone who was wrongfully terminated and falsely accused at any work place. And it's not the same and you can't hold a job down and pay bills. Walmart needs to get rid of Phillis Laundy from home office cause she never thinks of the associate that's telling her they're innocent no she sides with what's already decided and by numbers not facts or physical evidence and proof.

Sam Walton wouldn't had wanted anyone to be wrongfully terminated at his stores and have his associates stab each other in the back. He wanted all his associates to be like a family and work together without having any fear of losing their jobs over a stupid reason. He wanted all his associates to have fun working at Walmart and helping the customers.

My main goal is to have the click group at store 1277 finally get investigated for corruption of the store and controlling the store manager and assistant managers into letting them run that store. And everyone knows they control who gets fired which is wrong part of this investigation will include how many other associates did this click reported and gotten wrongfully terminated and how many assistant managers did they threaten.

Even though Walmart discriminated against me and didn't fire, didn't coach, and didn't red flag over nights maintenance associate Malhon Hanson who admitted to watching porn on his phone and he showed all the workers there. Even though he is learning disabled like me he still should've been at least coached if not fire since I'm innocent is the difference. I didn't harassed anyone at work and I didn't show anyone my iPhone.
