Bring Rex Home

Gary’s dog Rex has been seized under the Dangerous Dogs Act.

Gary has advised: Two police officers entered Gary’s girlfriend’s house with batons drawn and hit Rex. The house was empty and he would have barked so anyone entering would have been aware he was there. The officers did not knock and did not have a warrant to enter and because Rex barked they hit him in the face with their batons and seized him. The police claim that Rex bit an officer and attempted to bite a kennel worker.
Gary said that they fobbed him off saying he might never get Rex back. Rex is not dangerous Gary is heartbroken that they have stereotyped Rex and broken into the house and assaulted and seized him.
