Currently there is only one Republican Candidate for New York State Attorney General.
The previous Democrat AG resigned amidst sex scandals.
All remaining candidates who are running are Democrat. We should also have more than one Republican on the ballot.
Gary M. Kiernan is currently the Deputy Receiver of Taxes for Carmel, NY, where he has been doing an outstanding and fair job for the residents.
He is a lifelong NYS Resident and has raised 3 successful children in Mahopac, NY.
Mr. Kiernan's history of honesty, integrity and adherence to ethics in all his personal and business matters, makes him the perfect candidate for this Public Office.
His dedication to public service would carry over well into the AG position, and he would advocate for strong anti-drug legislation as well as legislation to make NYS a better, safer, more affordable place to live. He is a proud member of the NRA and supports our 2nd Amendment rights.
