Water On Our Busses

Today in Louisville, Kentucky I was riding a bus home from school in not only 100 degree weather but the bus was the temperate of 118°. I have previously done some reaseach on the human body and even at 100° it can start to damage the body. At 15 years old I see how this affects me so how do you think the elementary kids who some weigh under 40 pounds feel in the excruciating heat? I feel as though jcps should provide water for the kids in the afternoon. People with asthma or just people in general could easily have a heat stroke due to the increasing weather.
