Change the 22nd

The U.S. Constitution's 22nd Amendment ,put in place in 1947 after FDR's third term, disallows future presidents to serve a 3rd term. FDR was able to because it was during WWII. He also won a fourth term, but he died in office. The citizens are the power behind who becomes President and if citizens of today want President Obama back in office,a 3rd time, then he should be able to run again (Who else is capable of running this country as smoothly as he has?)
