The Fight To End Illegal Copyright Claims On Youtube

Content creators on YouTube have been pushed to the brink and we've had enough. Everyday, more channels are receiving copyright strikes on videos that clearly and explicitly fall under fair use. I myself just received my tenth claim attempt within a month at the time of this writing and my channel is in danger of being terminated by YouTube for completely baseless copyright strikes. Channels such as ForneverWorld, DEFI Brilator, Carnatavr, Misty Chronexia, and hundreds of others have been affected by this and hundreds more continue to be affected daily. When will this end? I say now. This week, I finally sent a personal challenge to TV Tokyo (my most recent claimant) within the counter appeal form regarding their third claim on my videos within 24 hours:

"You and other companies have already unfairly attempted to take down my videos nine times this year and I won't stand for it any longer. Read this excerpt from section 107 of the Copyright Act: "the fair use of a copyrighted work...is not an infringement of copyright" http://www.copyright.gov/title17/92chap1.html#107. If you don't reinstate my video within this week, I will file a petition for joint lawsuit with all channels unfairly targeted by your company in the last year. We've had it."

I apologize for any poor phrasing as I had to work with a character limit, but this challenge is essentially a personal demand on TV TOKYO Corporation to leave me alone or I will sue them for legal harassment, and I will request others they've targeted to join me.

Sign this petition and support our fight against these corporations who attack others with unfair claims. Stop these companies' illegal harassment of YouTubers. Bring back the peaceful community that was YouTube. I and all other content creators are counting on you to give our voices sound, so that we can shout our injustices to these heartless claimants. Forget the future, help us secure our present from legal oppression. Support our cause.

To whom it most definitely concerns:

This petition is more than a list of people who are tired of your errant claims and abuse of the YouTube copyright claims system. This is a list of people who are ready and willing to see you face legal action for your errant claims and abuse of the YouTube copyright claims system.  These people have given us our full support against every claim, every strike, every blocked video, every termination of a channel by your companies for a nonexsistant "infringement" of your copyrights.  These are the people lending their voice to us in an effort to force you to change your actions, as you've proven time and again that you simply refuse to do so on your own.  If we do not see a marked decrease in claims from your companies and subsidiaries within six months of the addressing of this letter, you will face simultaneous legal repurcussions from dozens of the individuals affected by your legal harassment.
