We the undersigned, are very dissapointed with the government officials that are supposed to protect our precious creatures from the type of neglect, abuse and even the death of the beautiful Shia, have endured and are still suffering. The media needs to expose this "rescue ranch" that calls themselves the "Domino Effect Rescue Ranch" for what they really are.
