demanding backpacks at TyeeMiddle School

At tyee middle school, we have a rule. No backpacks are allowed to be carried around school. But we all have giant binders, some of us have 2 or 3, we have at least 2 spiral notebooks, and at least 1 composition notebook. This next year, we will also be getting laptops to carry around as well. That creates 1 more thing to grab from your backpack before school. Last year, i didn't use my locker because i used a drawstring bag to put all my stuff in. My reason being that my locker was broken into and vanlalized, and when i went to go clean it out, someone else's stuff was in it. Lockers are complicated enough, and when we get into highshool, lockers will be optional anyways, because we will be allowed to have backpacks with us at all times. The reason Tyee doesn't let us have backpacks is because the admin don't want a student pulling a gun out. Then why do they allow drawstring bags? You can easily pull out a pocket knife! There is a lack of trust at our school, whereas some teachers (not naming) don't believe the students no matter what, and there are some teachers who are fair with everyone. There is a lack of trust because they thing we are just silly teenagers who made stupid decisions. I believe that backpacks should be allowed because it will help speed passing periods because the majority of the school won't have to go to their lockers to switch out their books.
