End fluoride in drinking water now!

Fluoride (also known as fluorine) has been added to water under the impression that it helps to prevent cavities. Before it was added to water, fluoride was considered a hazardous waste byproduct by several chemical companies. They were having to pay to have people take the fluoride off and dispose of it. They didn't want to have to keep paying to have it disposed of, so they paid scientists to find a way for fluoride to be used that way they could sell it instead of having to pay to send it off. The scientist found that fluoride could prevent cavities. A way to make sure everyone had fluoride to help "prevent cavities" was to put it in water.

One problem with this is, the scientists were paid to find a way for fluoride to be used. This means that if they didn't find a way, they might not of been paid as much if any at all. Because of this, the scientists, wanting money, were put under pressure to find a way to use it where it was beneficial to everyone. Yes, fluoride could help prevent cavities but did the scientists take into consideration how it could affect our health besides the fact of the one thing it helps.

Another thing is, if fluoride was considered a hazardous waste byproduct, what would make anyone think that it would be safe to consume? It was obviously labeled hazardous for a reason. Would you want to consume hazardous waste? Probably not, but we do that every time we drink water. Fluoride needs to be taken out of our drinking water.
