pavement of the highway

I think people should sigh because,Pepper hill rd and Elliot rd haven't been paved in 30 years. We have pot holes everywhere.The SCDOT comes out and fill the holes up with tar and by the next week we have pot holes again.Not just in one spot but the whole road is like that.We are tax paying citizens,and we have the right to be heard.
