Keep Beau Pre Heights Trails Safe for Pedestrian and Bicycle Use

Issue:
There have been multiple occasions of firearms being discharged on and around the Mckinleyville Bue Pre Heights area. It is well known that this area is used by the public. The combination of outdoor activities and random gunfire is a recipe for injury or death.

Solution:
Not allowing firearms to be discharged in this area.
