Should Pennsylvania use "Free Breakfast for Children Program" throughout public schools across PA?

I am writing this petiton to presuade other that the Free Breakfast for Children program should be enforeced throughout public school across Pennsylvania. Think about the children who are struggling to learn because they aren't well feed in the morning. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
