As owners and lease holding tenants, we have the right to a vote before board members and/or property management company make changes to existing rules and contracts. The guest rule has been the same 2 (two) person limit for over 20 years. A major change of zero guests needs to be voted on. The property management company works for us. They are paid to help keep our community kept up to standards. (Landscaping, plowing, pool maintenance and any other grounds maintenance needed) They're not paid to come in and change the rules that have been in affect for decades. We need to have everyone sign this petition to take back our rights in our community and not let them push us around.
1. Guest limit of 2 adult guests that can bring their children. Children under 18 should not count as guests of tenant or owner if they are accompanied by an adult guest.
2. Designated smoking area to remain, after smoking was prohibited within the pool area.
3. Community grill to stay and be used by tenants and owners.
4. All food and beverages allowed. No glass bottles or containers.
5. Condo fees to not be raised before there is a detailed list of what the current fees are going towards and until there is a vote amongst all owners to agree to the change.
6. Pool hours should be 10-9pm Sunday thru Thursday 10-10pm Friday and Saturdays
NO RULE CHANGES SHOULD BE MADE WITHOUT A VOTE FROM ALL LIVING AND/OR OWNING PROPERTY AT COUNTRY CLUB CONDOS!
