Let the Zou Army become a Faction Discord.

I believe the faction I made, the Zou Army, should become an official Faction Discord, on One Piece Shonen Jump. My faction is one of the main faction of one piece, it is fighting based, and I'm certain that I have almost all the requirements, except for the admin approval. I do not know why they keep rejecting my request, but please help me, and my fellow soldiers of Zou.
