Because people that need them are only allowed 4 every 24 hours, this means an increasing number of people with illnesses that require the use of pads are getting frequent infections as they are expected to re-use soiled pads. Many hours of wearing the same pad also leads to odour and leakage issues, which is undignified and can lead to isolation and ridicule amongst their peers. Everyone will or will know someone that will have this problem at sometime during their later years. It is imperative that we get this stupid undignified rule abolished ASAP. Were it brought about by anyone other than the Government they would be charged with ABUSE and NEGLECT.

Hi, Firstly I'd like to thank everyone for their support in signing the petition, however, despite promises of letters being sent to care homes. throughout Wales, none I have spoken to have received any such letter. Nothing is going to change unless we become the voice of those who cannot choose for themselves and get behind this campaign by sharing this petition and getting signatures.
