Bring back DLC on Guitar Hero 3 for PS3/Xbox 360

In late 2007, a game was released, this game was Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. To some, this game was a bit silly due to the ludicrous hit window on the Ho/Po notes. To many others, this game was regarded as one of the best (if not the best) Guitar Hero game ever to be released. In recent years, Guitar Hero has died and made somewhat of a comeback (if a sub-par redesign can be called a comeback), but the DLC songs have also been removed for those who did not purchase them before 2014.
All hope is not lost for those who were too poor to get a PS3 or a Xbox 360 before 2014, there exist PC ports. These ports are just what they are labeled, ports. They are not the legitimate thing and the legality of sharing them around is rather questionable at best. Besides, who wants to play inferior ports when you can have the real deal?
Activision, please, bring these DLC songs back. They were loads of fun to play. Instead of saying "tough shit" to people willing to give you money they did not have years ago, how about finding a way to come to something of a compromise? If gaining access to the rights of these songs is the issue, how about advertising the hell out of the fact that songs are back? I would imagine that there are more than three people that would be willing to give up an entire paycheck just to download literally every DLC in existence (myself included).
Take it into consideration.

I am simply one of many who did not have the money to get a console capable of getting DLC content on Guitar Hero 3 until after your (honestly quite confusing) choice to pull all DLC for Guitar Hero in 2014. I feel that it is wrong that I should be penalized for being born in the middle of the 1990s (aging to a legal working age too late). I know of nobody willing to share DLC songs over Xbox LIVE or PlayStation Network. I ask that you strongly consider allowing more new purchases for these DLC songs. There exist PC ports, but nobody wants to play ports. The quality is inferior to legitimate DLC songs and the legality of having and sharing these ports is questionable at best.
Consider this, most or all of the signers of this petition are willing to give you money (that's right, money) for these songs. Personally, I would be willing to give you my next two paychecks just to download all of the DLCs that Guitar Hero has to offer (both on PS3 and on Xbox 360).
Give it a thought while I play around with my hard-earned cash (which I cannot give to you because you don't have what I want to buy available for purchase).
