Officer Hastings from Gonzales pd in Texas was very rude and very cocky , tighten my cuffs to the point of me not feeling my hands I told officer Hastings , Could he possibly loosen them he laughed as if it was a joke mind you this was my very first time being in a position where i felt like my rights were void ,and this was my very first arrest EVER,he skipped parts and peices of my miranda rights witch i looked up ,afterwards he argued with me telling me he has arrested me before which is not true. I tried to plead and tell him look I'm fine with you arresting me but don't bully me and call me a liar , also he found over the counter pills that were in a regular pill bottle but I watched him look it up then turns around and charges me with a bogus pill charge when you can go Walgreens and buy some legally .the whole department is corrupt, don't believe me ??Google Gonzales PD in Texas look up bogus charges. it may not concern you but we all need to rise together and stop these cops in this town they catch "out of towners" because their town is too small I went to jail for a half of a blunt and some antibiotics WOW Gonzales PD . No Justice what so ever ,I'm upset that I was bare footed in the holding cell witch was freezing cold asked for slippers ,the guards told me to go F myself so I slept on the floor and spent about 24 hours in the holding cell my shirt was my blanket , the law requires the guards to check on the inmates on a hourly basis so they seen me ,and ignored and walked away . My solution is internal affairs should start a investigation, and they get shut down .
